This photo could be used for many things. It is good for an establishing shot to set the scene while also being useful for recording in more active areas with lots of background life for example people walking in the streets doing daily errands.
Like the previous shot, except this looks the other way down the high street. This would too be useful if you required to shoot in a normally lively area.
The Town hall is also a very good place to shoot. From the outside it isn't easy to work out what the building actually is unless your from the area therefore to a film audience, it could be an office / work or a residential complex.
This is one of the stairways inside the town hall. You can manipulate this location and if a scene is shot correctly, this could be portrayed as just a stairwell into a residential complex or just a place of work.
